UGANDA GRAND SAFARI - GORILLA TRACKING & WILDLIFE

The safari takes you through three Uganda national parks. The safari starts from Kibale Forest, a tropical rainforest with thirteen primate species. From this forest you will track the noisy chimpanzee families while from the Bigodi Wetland Sanctaury, you will have a nature walk characterised by a number of birds including Blue Turaco, Black casques hornbills, Black and White Hornbills, Yellow Backed Weavers, Wagtails, Cuckoos, Woodland Kingfishers, Flycatchers, Manikins etc.

From Queen Elizabeth National Park, located on the savannah plains below the Rwenzori, the park harbours great game which include elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos and leopards. From Kyambura gorge track our closest primate cousins- the fast moving and elusive chimpanzees. From Bwindi go gorilla tracking through the ancient tropical rainforest. Looking deep into the expressive brown eyes of these gentle giants is surely the most exciting and unforgettable experience you cannot afford to miss. Other activities to be carried out include nature walks to see birds, monkeys and orchids.
